Self-collector

You have the option to conveniently pick up the items reserved online at our office. You can pay for the goods at pick-up or online via Stripe. Available items can be picked up during our opening hours Monday-Friday 9 a.m.-6 p.m. or by appointment. Please bring an identification document and your order number. These can be found in the order confirmation.

DHL Shipping

Standard delivery time

The average delivery to our customers takes place in 7-14 days or within the delivery date specified for the respective product. In case of advance payment, shipping will take place after receipt of payment.

Standard shipping costs

For the shipping expenses, a flat fee of 25.00 Euro incurs.
