NoiseScape is a series of pigment prints by German artist Holger Lippmann. It comes in various designs and sizes.

Organic deformations staggered on top of each other form a horizontal depth. reminiscent of hill yeasts and/or billowing cloud banks. inevitably, the interpretation of a “landscape” arises, which it is ultimately not. The inherent coding of the noise fields tries to resemble the forces of nature, which leads to these images being deformed and distorted, lost in the juxtaposition of machine and nature, poetic ideas trapped in the computer code. In order to become an image within a unique constellation of many different coincidences. The real question remains: do generatively generated images have an electrical nature?

Holger prints his works on demand in his own studio premises.
