STATION ROSE Put Artwork to Auction for Haus der Kunst in “Amid Autumn Glow”


STATION ROSE, the Viennese digital art duo, are auctioning off a work of art for the benefit gala of Haus der Kunst, Munich, on 28 October 2021. Under the motto Amid Autumn Glow, more than 60 donated works will go under the hammer – partly in a live auction, partly online. STATION ROSE contribute the work destroyed5c9039 to the online auction – Courtesy by UNPAINTED. Further contributions by well-known international artists such as Thomas Ruff, Phyllida Barlow or Theaster Gates were donated by well-known art dealers or by the artists themselves. The auction is a cooperation between the Gesellschaft Freunde Haus der Kunst and the auction house Christie’s. For the online auction you can already bid: . The live auction will take place as part of a charity dinner (by invitation).

In Munich’s coolest exhibition location in the former air raid shelter of the Haus der Kunst, this year’s works of art will be exhibited for auction. Sign up for a guided tour of the exhibition rooms and learn more about the artworks to be auctioned.
